Should your unit be found to be defective due to a manufacturing error, a return will be processed via UPS or private courier. We will contact you for specific instructions to exchange your unit.

All of our steamers are constructed of premium grade aluminum. As with any propane powered appliance, care should be exercised around open flame and hot liquids to minimize personal injury due to scalding or heat.

Always ensure that there is water in the steamer (just below the basket) before lighting the propane burner.

Easy cleanup with a hose and soapy water after use. Allow to dry completely before storage and to avoid odors from cooking shellfish. A soft wash mitt or sponge can be used to “polish” the exterior of the cooker. Do not use any type of marine, automotive or aviation polish on the exterior or interior of the steamer to avoid contamination of food products in or around the steamer.
